St Louis Tremco's newest MB system, PowerFAST, starts with a layer of high performing modified bitumen which is attached to the roof deck by barbed plates, or pressure bars as the situation calls for it, so it will withstand higher winds than most adhered systems. The base layer is then sealed with a fast curing adhesive to make the layer waterproof before anything can damage it. A granule surfaced MB is typically the last layer, but we offer several reflective options to cater to your specific needs. Contractors will also love that the PowerFAST system can be installed with less labor than most MB systems typically require.
